Living Leaders
Living Leaders
Manifestation & Living from Full Integrity | Ep. 10
What does it mean to live a life of full integrity? And how might it impact our ability to manifest?
How we lead our lives is a form of leadership. The choices we make and the lifestyles we build for ourselves are all a reflection of our inner operating system. We each have our own intricate belief systems, complete with core values and guiding principles. But how often do we slow down to reflect on those beliefs and make sure that we want to keep them?
This episode is all about getting under the hood of our own guiding principles and belief systems, so that we can understand what being in full alignment or integrity means for us.
When we live from integrity and inner alignment, manifestation gets "easier" because there is no dissonance between who we are and what we are wanting. As conscious leaders, it's a sacred responsibility to come into our power as manifestors, and usher in "the better world our hearts know is possible." We get to do this by priming our bodies and clearing the energetics of our relationships. This gives us clarity and the spaciousness required to make fully aligned decisions in our lives, as well as manifest our dreams.
When we lead from integrity, it impacts all of our relationships, including the one we have with ourselves. Throughout the episode, I'll share some of my favorite practices for maintaining inner alignment and integrity. These tools have vastly expanded my ability to manifest.

"Is Samhain the pagan new year?
Samhain was first observed by Celtic Pagans. Samhain marked the Celtic New Year, the end of summer, and the end of the harvest season. It also signaled the beginning of winter, which they associated with death. On this day, the Celts believed the veil between the living and the dead was especially thin."

The way we've been doing working leadership is deeply broken. Whether you're healing from burnout or just looking for a better way to run your company, you're in the right place. What is the future of work even look like? That is a question we get to answer together. After working with 1000s of executives and entrepreneurs around the world. I know that the deepest leadership issues are deeply human. We've got to heal ourselves if we want to heal the world. Welcome to the new South Podcast where each week, I'll help you explore topics that will level up your leadership and your life. I'm your host, Nicole Bellisle. I'm a leadership expert and Reiki master. And I believe the secret to more conscious work and leadership is self healing. Grab a seat and get cozy because we're about to go on a journey. Hello, you sweet sweet souls. Thanks for being here for another week on the new self podcast. We are coming into Episode 10 today, so we are in double digits officially. And it's definitely something to celebrate, I've learned that most podcasts don't ever make it past episodes six or seven. So it's wonderful to be here in Episode 10. Today, it has been such a fun journey to get into podcasting, to learn how to do it, to learn what I need to be able to show up every week and channel these messages. I don't do any editing on these podcasts. So if you're if you're new here, this is all a conscious stream, I do it in one sitting. And I decided that one, I needed to find the path of least resistance in the process of podcasting. So that technology, and time were not a barrier to me living this dream. And that has, that has really worked. But it's also there's something special to me about getting to use my voice in this way to channel messages in the moment. It's a big part of my gift as a leader. So thank you for allowing me to show up here in those gifts and channel in real time, whatever is here and alive, I feel that even though I'm sitting and recording this, and you're not here yet, right as the listener, I still feel you I still feel your presence, and your support. And know that we are in this dance and this conversation together each week and I so appreciate the feedback that that you're giving the love that you're sharing, it's it's an amazing thing to show up to a zoom call and have someone say, ah, you know, I was just listening to you talk about XYZ. And it really shifted how you know how I'm looking at this or how I'm showing up to this challenge in my life, it it's really, it's such a gift to be able to serve in that way. And because we're a new self, moment to moment, I record these and it's almost like I don't even really remember what I say sometimes. So to have to have some of you showing up and and reflecting back the wisdom that shows up here in these recording sessions has just been so design. So thank you, thank you, thank you for your support. And welcome to episode 10 If you're watching on YouTube, you'll notice that I don't have a video today and that is a choice that I made. Truth be told, I'm a bit tired today and a bit hungover. And I decided I can't I can't let my appearance be the barrier to showing up. And the message that I have to share today is more important than how I look. I also wanted to be comfy. It's a beautiful fall day here in Ireland. So I am situated on a couch with my coffee and a water. I've got two very snuggly cats nearby. And how sitting with my dear friend in Ireland and we get to watch these two cats who are so lovely in this beautiful home just outside of Dublin. spent a wonderful way to travel and have a home base. And today, I just decided, I'm going to be comfy, I'm going to, I'm going to broadcast this message from the couch. And I think it's a bit of a lesson in commit commitment. Because we can have a commitment to ourselves or to another person. And we can still show up honestly and authentically, from wherever we are in life. I have a commitment to showing up for this podcast each Monday. And I love that I love that commitment. It sits so right in my heart and in my soul to do this. And today, because I have built a practice of meeting myself wherever I am, and checking in with myself, at the start of each day to ask, what do you need what is most significant today? Because I have a practice of that. And both receiving the answer but also honoring it, it's a different thing. It's a whole step on its own to actually honor the intuitive guidance that we receive. So often, I think we we get an inkling we have a knowing deep within our bones in our gut. But we might not act on it, maybe we're not ready to maybe there's more or less than to be uncovered. And that is perfect and beautiful. But I've learned to live my life in this way where I am, I'm no longer afraid to look at the honesty of what shows up. And to live by and with the intuitive wisdom that shows up. To me, it feels like an act of self love. So when I showed up and in this brand new day as this brand new version of self, we are a new version of ourselves moment to moment, and especially at the start of a new day. So I sat with my journal as I do. And I asked myself what's what is most significant today. I knew that I had my commitment to recording this episode. And what showed up was, let it be okay. Let it be okay to be where you are, and to record it in a different way today. To meet your needs, and meet your commitment to allow the need and the commitment to collaborate a bit. The other thing that showed up was intention setting, which is a very broad term. And I've come to think of it as the the practice or the art of manifesting, because I believe words are spells and what we put in writing or what we put on our vision boards, or speak to our loved ones I believe that that is us calling it into reality that is us giving our precious lifeforce energy to the thing that we are naming. And through the act of of naming it and giving energy to it, it becomes more and more real, it moves closer to us. And particularly at this time of year, we're coming into the middle of October. We just had a beautiful full moon in Aries last night. The veil is very, very thin this time of year. And it's a hell of a time to do some deep manifestation work a hell of a time. If you if you think back to being a kid and feeling that back to school energy. It's very activating. We feel the energy of getting organized, getting clear. harvesting our learnings translating that into something that we can use or share. That gets us through the rest of the year. The pagan New Year is at the end of October into November. And we start a new right we we go into the death season, the rest season of the year and then are reborn in spring. And I think living by the seasons to me makes much more sense than live And by quarters, or the Gregorian calendar that we now live by, to have new year's in the dead of winter when we're in that, that rest phase that death season of being deeply inward. That's beautiful in its own way, but it's never felt like a new year to me. So this year I am celebrating on the pagan calendar. And I'm really enjoying that my gosh, I am setting intentions now and calling in my hearts deepest desires for the for the year to come. So I will set those intentions I will release them and I will trust that they will come to me. And part of my intention for this episode is to just make that process visible because this is one of my gifts. My human design is manifester. And I'm a hell of a manifest desk. Anyone who knows me really well, it's I have to be very careful what I wish for because it comes to me very, very quickly. And that's not without deep work and practice. Because I've honed that skill, I've honed the practices and the rituals that support me to be in my full power as a manifester. And that has taken many years if not my entire life, to to master that skill to be in my gift as a manifester, which for me shows up as also being a leader, being a leader who, who calls in a collective future and helps birth that or usher in that reality to being a manifesting leader is a big part of of who I am and why I'm here. So I love this stuff. And I'm stoked to offer a bit of visibility in this episode into how I'm actually doing this and the frameworks and the tools that I'm using. And I'll be linking to these tools and any blank templates so that you can take a look, see what resonates make it your own. I'm a big fan of giving it your own flair. So anything that I create and share is open source for this very reason. So that you can take it and adapt it and make it yours. The expression of your life and your gifts is going to look different than mine. I don't have all the answers. But I have spent so much time and energy and life force and dedication and devotion to to living life intentionally and utilizing these tools to support me to continue to live a life of intentionality and self awareness. So that I can really manifest so that I can align with what is deep within my heart, what is in full integrity to me in my body in my bones. It's a privilege to get to share this with you. And I have to start by acknowledging all of the people along the way, who have also helped refine these these practices and refine this version of myself who is becoming so masterful and so artful, in how she shows up to her life and how she designs her lifestyle, and the blueprint that that she's using for business and life and leadership. So many souls along the way have ignited this passion in me ignited these gifts and made them bigger, influenced the language that I use and the way that I see the world. They've offered the gift of their unique vantage points or perspectives or experience that I can never possibly live because I exist in my own intersectionality I exist in my own unique reality, and so and so does everyone else. But when we intermingle and have this exchange of energy and ideas and ways of being ways of leading our lives, those moments and those people can touch our souls and shift us for the rest of our lives. And I've had many of these deeply inspirational and intentional people touch my heart in a way that cannot be on done. So I offer such deep gratitude to all of the souls who have supported me on this journey and mirrored these gifts back to me and influenced how these gifts are showing up. So, so grateful. It's like each one of you has shown up in divine timing in perfect chapters of life, when I have most needed a lesson or a vantage point shift. And I'm so deeply grateful I would not be living this intentional life without the wisdom and the love that has existed in our relationships over the years. So I had to, absolutely had to start with gratitude. And that is, in and of itself a practice. Being grateful for what is already here, acknowledging how far we've come already in our lives, acknowledging and appreciating the things that we have already manifested. My gratitude practice is absolutely at the foundation of how I manifest and how I design a lifestyle that I love. Because you can be in the most beautiful life and have everything. But what is it really Without gratitude, without appreciation without being in loving relationship with the manifestation with the reality that surrounds us? When we're in this sacred and loving relationship to that reality to that intelligence, I believe we get to work with it. And our intentions, when they are deeply aligned. And pure, and rooted in our guiding values and principles. There's no resistance between what it is our heart is wanting, and what is possible in our external reality showing up. So I have a practice of of being in deep alignment and deep resonance within myself, finding alignment and resonance between myself and my highest self. And I do that in a variety of ways, it shifts depending on the season of life, depending on where I am in my menstrual cycle, depending on the moon cycle, depending on where I might be geographically, because every place also has its own energy. But overall, that that practice of getting into alignment is so so key. A big ingredient in that is being honest with ourselves. being so honest with what is true. And loving ourselves through that truth. Took me a long time to to realize that whatever is true for me is okay. I don't have to want what is marketed to me. Or what I see in other people and the choices that they make. I don't need to conform with a system or structure that does not honor me. My truth gets to exist. And it gets to be it gets to be what is within me. And then I get to love it. I get to love that truth. And treat myself with reverence and kindness in the same way that I would treat a sovereign being or a child is the other way I like to think of it. So when I wake up each day, and I asked myself, What do you need? What is most significant today? It's almost like sitting, sitting on the couch or sitting outside with a child in my lap and checking in and asking what do you need? Are you hungry? What do you do need to play? What do you need? What matters most to you today? Maybe you wouldn't ask that to a child but there is this tender part within us that feels childlike. And the body to me can also feel childlike in in some ways because We get to absolutely adore our bodies and love them and treat them with the reverence and the kindness that we would that we would treat a sovereign being or a child. So in each morning, I might also be checking in with what does my body need? What is my, what's the state of my mind? Do I need nature? Do I need breath? Do I need movement? If we're not clear on what we need, than our needs can't be met. And it's amazing to me. How many years I went with never asking myself or my body? What do you need? And in recent years, that question has evolved to what is most significant to this version of self to this self that showing up in this moment? That answer tends to come from my heart. And it tends to come from my higher self. And that's what guides me now, in what I choose to do in a given day, because I believe that the answer that comes directly from my heart or directly from source or my highest self is true and pure. And it is the best use of my lifeforce energy and my time. It's, it's the thing that is right for my soul to experience in that given day. So then I honor it, I go with that flow, and I never regret it. Because that's where the magic is. Questions are portals. If we don't ask ourselves these questions, we cannot get our true answers. What we ask ourselves is really important. The wording of a question is really important. So finding those questions that resonate and become the portals or the gateways directly into our hearts is crucial for even being able to uncover our truth. And I think, what, what can sit beneath that truth, right, because what's true for you is going to shift moment to moment, and we have to be okay with our own dynamism with with the fact that we are dynamic, ever evolving beings. So what's true for you in the moment will, will change. So it's important to check in often as often as possible in a given day, so that we can treat ourselves with reverence and have that loving self respect and self care moment to moment. Even when we are existing within relationships to other people, still having that practice of checking in with oneself. What seems to sit underneath that, though, is something more stable, something more foundational, and I've come to think of that as my guiding values and principles, which is language that I picked up from one of these Dear souls who has over the years who has deeply influenced me, and deeply influenced how I show up in the world. I've done a lot of work, and have revisited my guiding values and principles year after year. Since first, experiencing this practice with with this other, this other kindred spirit who first introduced me to this I think at first my guiding values and principles, I was a little unsure of you know what those are like, what is it that I really believe in? What is it that I really value in life, I had to sift through. Again, all the things that are marketed to me all the things I'm told I'm supposed to want or value or be, especially as a woman, it's a lie, a lot of narrative out there, around who I am supposed to be, who I should be the values that I should embody, or show up in. But are those truly mine? I had to question everything. When I first sat down to uncover these guiding values and principles. These are the things that are consistent. And when when we feel lost or things get tough. These are the things that are still true for us on the deepest of levels. And when faced with a difficult decision, I believe that our guiding values and principles are this are the things that we turn to, even if it's unconsciously to make those difficult decisions. So you can imagine, you know, like a life or death situation, or I think sometimes when you make it bigger or make it more dramatic, in your mind, as a form of play, these things can reveal themselves. So if you're in a life or death situation, what do you choose? How do you how do you make a decision? What is what is the thing that you value most at your core? It's a bit of a North Star, that becomes a litmus test for your life, and for the decisions that you make. And if we can get clear about what these values and principles are, and be really intentional, with the wording, to allow this process of uncovering them to take as much time as it takes. Because we can't force it, this isn't a thing to check a box that we've done, like, okay, that task is done, I've got my guiding values and principles next. This is this is more of a living, breathing, understanding of our deepest foundational beliefs. And sometimes we get beliefs that that gets stuck in there that are not actually ours, and that don't serve us. So when we do this deep belief work, this value work, it's important to to also question what's there and where it comes from? Is this a belief I want to keep? Is this a value that I want to utilize to guide my life and my choices in life? And if it's not, well, guess what? You're a sovereign being who has freedom of choice. You can change those guiding values and principles if they are not what is true for you? And if they're not values or principles that you want to keep so I now have a practice of, of visiting, sitting with spending time with being still with my guiding values and principles to see are they still true? Are these still how I want to live my life? Am I in full integrity with myself? In how I'm living these, these principles, and am I showing up in them in all contexts of life, my relationships, my company or my work, in my relationship to myself, in my relationship to the planet, am I in full integrity with my values and principles? Integrity, I've learned is a huge part of being truly authentic, and embodying true alignment, or resonance within ourselves. And I want to, I want to like double tap on and zoom in on the word resonance for a moment because recently I have begun working with a voice coach. And it's been all sorts of amazing and all sorts of healing because of the connection between our voices and really the rest of our bodies right like when we make sound and use our voices, there is a vibration there is a resonance that is happening within our systems. And if you look at the if you if you watch on YouTube, my voice coach shared this video with me of what the vocal cords actually look like. And my first impression when I saw this was I'm like like, I mean this looks like a vagina. But but it clicked it clicked that there is this deep and innate connection between my ability to use my voice and the the level of openness or safety or flow that I experience in my root chakra and when you when you get into manifestation work the the Root Chakra Is is so critical for, for being able to receive that which we're asking for. So I've just been like, absolutely mind blown by the connection between voice and feeling fully safe in our bodies. And there are a lot of reasons and traumas and experiences in my lifetime, and in the lifetimes of those who have come before me, that have instilled this, this narrative that it's not safe to speak, my voice isn't valued. Like, as you know, as a woman, like crossing our legs, right, like protecting, protecting that root chakra closing ourselves up closing ourselves off. To simply self preserve, it's like this has been a big survival technique, a, like a strategy for surviving, as a woman in the last 400 years has included shutting off our voice, suppressing our true needs. Maybe pretending that we don't even have needs, maybe not, maybe it's been a strategy to, to not even know what they are. Because in, in these previous iterations of society, our true needs could not be met, in the design or the culture that has existed. So it's easier not to have needs or to pretend that we don't have them. So anyway, coming back to this, you know, this, this resonance, there is a, I believe, a feeling tone, that is the the song of our soul. That is the sound of our highest self. And we can create that sound, that that resonance within us by being in our full authenticity, and radiating our full power or our light. Like, just imagine doing that imagine every cell in your body lighting up, and you expressing the true the truest essence of your soul of your being. It feels like a sound to me. When I imagine that, that it's like, all these little cells lighting up. And it's this very high pitched, beautiful sound. So a little bit of a tangent there. But I think I think an important one. Coming into alignment and resonance within ourselves might look different for each one of us. But it's, it's really critical to the process of manifestation and beyond this, right, so we talked a little bit about feeling safe within the body, to even want what we want to even have the needs that we have. This goes hand in hand with this other idea that has become so alive for me over the years, which is the idea that in order to in order to usher in, or manifest the realities that our hearts desire. Or the or birth the companies or creations that we want to birth as leaders as business owners. We have to prime our bodies, because we are energy. Everything is energy. And we get our energy from food, we get our energy from what we put into our bodies, we steep in the energy and take on the energy of the relationships that were in. And the people that were in proximity with. So energetically speaking, and I see the world through energy because of my 15 years practicing Reiki. But we we have the energy of course that exists in our physical bodies and the vitality that we experience through the food we eat through the movement that we invite our bodies into. And then we've got the energy of our environment, or any context that we're in and that includes our the context of our relationships. So in order to be clear, gotta clean up our diets, we got to clean up the inputs, the any energetic input, we get to clean up. So that we can be not only in full integrity within ourselves, but we can be a clear and open channel for anything that's wanting to come through anything that is wanting to be birthed or created through us. For many years now, I've been saying that like step one in, in being a conscious leader, or at least one of the one of the first steps is priming our bodies for leadership. It I see it as a sacred self responsibility to be really intentional about what I put in my body so that I can show up in the most light so that I can be a light leader, so that I can be a leader who heals culture, and the people who are steeping inside the context of conscious culture. See it as a sacred responsibility. And I'm certainly not there yet. I mean, I mentioned I think I mentioned at the beginning of the episode that I'm I'm a bit tired and hungover today. So I did, I did put alcohol in my body last night. And I feel less pristine and clear in my energy field because of that. And that's a, that's a whole other thing for me. But I think the the other responsibility that I feel, on an energetic level is being in full integrity and full authenticity within every relationship that I have, including my relationship to myself, through my self talk, and all and all of that all the inner culture, stuff that exists. One practice for cleaning up the energy in our relationships, is cord cutting. And this is a very simple practice that, that anyone can do in any type of relationship, just because you cut a cord doesn't mean that the person is going to fall out of your life, although they could if if that relationship and that person isn't, is no longer in alignment, for you in, in your reality. So cord cutting is a great way to clear the energy I recently had a a dear fellow fellow soul kindred spirit colleague, who I just absolutely adore, she shared with me this practice of doing an energetic reboot, essentially. So if you imagine restarting your computer, at the end of the day, like imagining that you're actually doing that with yourself, and unplugging yourself from the field or from any relationship in your life, and just doing that reset, sometimes just the act of setting that intention of I now reset my energetic field. Even just saying that, as a simple practice, allows us to clear anything that we might be holding in our energetic field, or picked up throughout the day, through our conversations by by being in proximity to another's energy, a very simple practice. And within those relationships where it might be safe to do so, there's another practice that I absolutely love for for cleaning up the the energetics of our relationships. And this comes from the conscious Leadership Institute based in Boulder, Colorado, and it's called clearing with holds. They have a great book called I think it's the 15 commitments to conscious leadership, I believe is the title. And this is one of the practices and essentially, the idea is that a withhold is a thought that you've had three or more times about a person or a situation. So the thought has shown up at least three times. And when our thoughts are showing up consistently. Our mind is beginning to formulate a story about about that person or about that circumstance. And the more the story gains momentum and power, the more true it feels, the more we believe it. If the story continues to build momentum, it can become a belief that we now have about that person or about a situation. But it might just be a story. It might not be, it might not be true. We get to sit in the unknown and sit in the question of how how may this be true? Or not true? So when we clear a withhold, we might, we might say, you know, Sally, I've, I've had, I've had a thought, three, three times now can I clear this withhold with you, we first we get consent. And if Sally agrees, we might say, I have a story forming that that you don't want to launch this this particular program? Can you help me understand the ways in which that may or may not be true? And then Sally gets to clarify, sorry, Sally gets to be in the integrity and authenticity of herself and share? Oh, actually, yeah, my heart's not in it. Thanks for noticing that, or, you know, I have I have some things at home that are taking up a lot of my energy, but I am deeply committed to launching this program. And I may just need some additional support during this time. Whatever her answer may be, the fact that you've cleared the withhold at all, clears work drama, from the team. And from that relationship. Drama often leads to trauma. And we're trying to use practices like this as preventative medicine, to prevent work trauma from even happening. We are like sitting in decades of work trauma, because of the way that we've been working with one another. Because of the the elitism the the secrecy, the lack of transparency or opacity that has existed in how we and how we do work, has deeply traumatized people to the point where they don't want to work or they want to silently quit. And I fully respect that I fully do. So practices like this, this practice of clearing with holds, it can be so helpful in our intimate relationships with partners or loved ones. And it can be done in a work setting so that that work, trauma doesn't even happen in the first place. We don't, we don't need to spend our precious energy making up stories that may or may not be true. We get to clear those, and have the confidence to do that. It does require us to trust ourselves to bring it up to face any fear that might show up around bringing it up, especially if it's a more difficult topic. And it does require us to trust the other person to be transparent and honest. And that might not always happen. We get to listen to our intuition around that. But there's yeah, I've had found this to be an incredible process in the relationships that I have been in because I again, similar to how I see it as my sacred responsibility as a conscious leader, to prime my body for leadership, I also see it as a sacred responsibility to hold my relationships in full integrity. If I'm not in integrity in a relationship, why am I in that relationship. So having that energetic clarity, clearing with holds being in full integrity and alignment with others with other souls. This is an extension of, or a macrocosm, of the energetic integrity and alignment that I'm cultivating within myself and within my relationship to myself. So these, these practices really sit at the foundation of how I'm choosing to show up in my life and in my relationships, and they have wildly evolved, changed, shifted the choices that I then make, the relationships that I then choose to be in and how I show up in those relationships. I'm now in the most integrity with myself and in my life or with my life with my work that I've had for Ben, because I'm I'm choosing to be so honest with myself with my needs, I'm choosing to, to deeply care for, and tend the energetics of my body and of my soul. So that this meaningful purposeful work, and creation can flow through me with ease, so that I can be an open channel for this work. So those are, those are some corn examples of Cornerstone practices that, that I do regularly, that support me to live live a life of integrity, essentially. And there are many, many more that I hope to share with you in future episodes, and through the resource library that you can find on my website. I'll also link to that in the shownotes along with this Miro board, where I map all of these things, and update each like at the beginning of each season. And because of the full moon, and the incredible intention, setting energy that is available. At this phase of the lunar cycle, I wanted to I wanted to sit down and, and update all of this, as I as I continue to move through this season of manifestation. That is the fall. That is this time when the veil is very thin. And I want to be, I want to be fully transparent in how I in how I'm living and how I'm designing my life. So sharing this mural board, sharing these practices is part of how I'm choosing to do that, and make my beliefs really visible and really known. Leading happens from the inside out. And we don't always get to see the inner workings of a person, how they show up why or how they make decisions. But as a conscious leader, as a light leader, which is a term that another dear soul who I am beginning to work with more and just am incredibly drawn to. She used the term light leader in one of our breakthrough sessions the other day. And when I heard that I was like, Oh my gosh, that that is what I'm doing. I am integrating my work as an energy healer and my skills and my experience as a conscious leader. As someone who has held executive roles and worked with many, many founders, hundreds and hundreds of executives from all around the world, I'd like I am in a moment of deep integration of these two worlds, of the energy and the healing world and of the business world, the leadership world which is moving into a state of of much higher consciousness, thank goodness, but this is this is really what we're needing, collectively. And what our planet is need is is asking us so so can we accept the challenge and rise to the occasion and become more conscious, integrated humans who are running more conscious integrated lives, which includes work, which includes leadership, if we're if we're choosing to show up in that sacred role. So So let this be a taste of the practices and the tools that I hope to continue to invite you into. And perhaps I'll share more next week because there's so many there's so many good ones. Oh my goodness. But this was this was a really fun and powerful start. And I can't wait to share more of these tools and templates with you. Everything that I create is available for you to use to make your own. I have like Gosh, just backlogs on backlogs of conscious leadership tools that I used in my time as a CFO. I have backlogs on backlogs of conscious team management practices and communication practices to use inside of teams. If you're wanting to cultivate more conscious cultures within your companies and scale them regeneratively AK in alignment with not only your purpose and your intention, but also in alignment with the planet and the sacred really kinship that we get to be in with Mother Earth. I've got all kinds of regenerative business templates and practices to support this new wave of business that I believe is coming that I believe I am here to help usher in the way we've been doing. work and leadership, and business has nearly killed us and our planet. And I'm like, I'm not even saying that to be dramatic, it's like it has almost killed us and our planet. And it's time to it's time to pivot. And that starts with doing this deep inner work, which is the work it is the hardest work. But it's such a big part of, of what I believe we're here to do as humans incarnated and, and living these lives. So if you're already doing some of this work, thank you keep going, I see you, I see you this is this is hard work. But when we do it, there's so much beauty and so much clarity, on the other side of going through the fear of going through the deep shadows. And just because it's hard doesn't mean it's bad, or we can't do it, we can do hard things we can, we can do the hard things that then allow us to live these lives of deep integrity, of deep alignment. And it is quite honestly the best thing that we could ever do for ourselves. Because again, I believe this is an act of self love, to step into the lives that are possible that our hearts know are possible to step into a form of business and leadership that is life giving and not life taking that is reciprocal and not transactional. We are in a huge moment of waking up in the business world. My goodness, what a time to be alive. I'm so grateful to get to be holding these conversations with you. Let me know how this landed. Let me know if you try out any of the practices, or use any of any of the templates that I'll share in the show notes. So please comment it up, share, share what you're learning share what templates or practices you're using as well. Let this be a space of collaborative collectivism. Let us share what we're learning so that we can all grow together so that we can collectively usher in a more conscious future. In our work is often the hardest work, but it is the work required for lasting change and a healthier future for us all. If you found the show valuable please leave a review and subscribe.
